OUR STORY — FROM LONDON TO SITGES
Charlie’s story started long before Sitges.
In the early 2000s, our family opened an Italian restaurant in London — a neighbourhood place built around generous food, good wine, music and long evenings around the table. When the recession forced us to close, the restaurant disappeared, but the idea never did.
Years later, that spirit found a new home in Sitges.
Bodega Charlie’s takes those Italian roots into a new chapter, inspired by the energy and attitude of the Italian-American neighbourhood restaurants of New York.
Today, Charlie’s is still a family restaurant — just with a new home, a new generation and a little more New York attitude.
