OUR STORY
Bodega Charlie’s was inspired by the Italian restaurant our family ran in London in the early 2000s — a neighbourhood spot built around great food, wine, music, and long evenings around the table. After the recession forced us to close, the idea stayed with us for years before finding a new home here in Sitges.
Today, Charlie’s blends modern Italian-inspired dining, handmade pastas, curated wines, and relaxed hospitality in the heart of Sitges. It remains a true family project, with Charlie himself — now in his 70s — still occasionally found in the restaurant, continuing the passion for food and hospitality that started decades ago.
